Our private ultrasound clinic in Worthing provides women's health and pelvic scans and a variety of fertility packages to suit your needs. Our Worthing clinic also provides early dating, reassurance & viability scans from 6+ weeks. We can also provide specialist early scans that can be adapted to suit all pregnancy need. The firstScan clinic is operated within Window to the Womb Worthing but appointments are available at different times/days to later pregnancy scans such as gender or 4D to ensure a personal and professional service throughout. Your specialist early pregnancy (1st trimester) sonographer will complete your scan with the support of a scan chaperone who is there to answer any questions you may have.
Please note, to book a pregnancy scan a positive pregnancy test result is required.

What to Expect at Your Appointment:
When arriving for your early pregnancy scan you will be greeted by one of our friendly scan assistants who will accompany you throughout your experience with us. You will be asked to fill in a few extra details about yourself and your pregnancy so our sonographer and team are completely informed as to why you are visiting us. Your scan will be conducted by our expert sonographer who will ensure we provide you with the most professional care and accurate results. Depending on how many weeks you are at the time of your visit you may be offered an internal (vaginal) scan for more accurate results. However you will always be asked to attend with a full bladder and we will start with a trans-abdominal scan. You will be given one photo print to take away along with your obstetric report. (Extra prints available to purchase upon request)
Should you need ongoing care following your appointment we will do our very best to arrange this for you with your local healthcare provider.
